Marcela is a Professional in Socioeconomic Planning and Development with a Master’s degree in Project Management. Marcela completed her Master’s at OBS Business School in Barcelona, Spain and Bachelor’s degree in Economic Planning and Social Promotion at the National University in Costa Rica. Experienced in entrepreneurship, human resource management, and the facilitation of educational processes, she has participated in and coordinated the facilitation of strategic planning processes through focus groups, promoting collective reflection, consensus-building, and the design of actions aimed at institutional strengthening and the well-being of the communities involved. Marcela is trilingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese, and also is a mother of two children who attend international school in Colombia.
